Domestic robot-assisted McKeown esophagectomy for esophageal cancer:the first case reported in Hainan Province(with surgical video)
A case of cervico-thoraco-abdominal triple-incision radical esophageal cancer surgery was performed in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University using the domestic Jingfeng® Surgical Robot System on May 21,2024.The surgical procedure lasted for a total time of about 320 min,of which the docking time of the robotic surgical system was about 20 min,with the amount of bleeding of 50 mL,and no postoperative complications were found.
