It is of great significance to improve the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains to build a modern economic system and realize the modernization and high-quality development of industrial chains.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs the development level of the digital economy and the resilience index system of the industrial industry chain,and empirically studies the impact and mechanism of the development of the digital economy on the resilience of the industrial industry chain through the two-way fixed effect model.The empirical results show that the development of the digital economy has a promoting effect on the resilience of the industrial chain,while market segmentation presents a negative moderating effect in this impact.The intermediary effect test finds that the development of the digital economy can improve the resilience of the industrial chain by improving the level of innovation.Further heterogeneity tests show that the impact of digital economy on the resilience of the industrial chain will vary according to geographical region and energy abundance,and is more significant in the northern region and energy-poor regions.
