生产性服务业集聚真的促进了碳减排吗?——基于中国面板数据的空间效应分析

产业集聚作为产业高质量发展的关键,不仅可以提高区域生产效率、增强区域经济发展活力,还可能促进碳减排.本文运用双重固定效应空间杜宾模型,基于 2005-2020 年中国 30个省份的面板数据,从专业化集聚与多样化集聚两个维度实证检验了生产性服务业集聚对碳减排的影响及其空间溢出效应.结果表明,生产性服务业在不同模式下的集聚均有利于碳减排,且具有明显的空间溢出效应;东部地区两种模式的生产性服务业集聚对碳减排的影响均显著,中西部地区则不然;在 2005-2014 年,生产性服务业集聚对碳减排的影响并不显著,但在 2015-2020年影响却显著,且不同行业的集聚形式对碳减排产生了不同的影响.我国应进一步引导产业合理集聚,深入贯彻新发展理念,最大限度地利用生产性服务业积累的红利,以实现产业转型升级和碳减排.
Abstract
Industrial agglomeration,as a key factor for high-quality industrial development,not only enhances regional production efficiency and economic vitality but also may facilitate carbon emission reduction.This study employs a spatial Durbin model with double fixed effects based on panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning from 2005 to 2020,to empirically examine the impact of agglomeration of productive service industries on carbon emission reduction from the dimensions of specialized agglomeration and diversified ag-glomeration,along with its spatial spillover effects.The results indicate that agglomeration of productive ser-vice industries in different modes is conducive to carbon emission reduction,with significant spatial spillover effects.Both modes of agglomeration of productive service industries in the eastern region significantly affect carbon emission reduction,while this is not the case for the central and western regions.From 2005 to 2014,the impact of agglomeration of productive service industries on carbon emission reduction in the central and western regions was not significant,but from 2015 to 2020,it became significant,with different forms of ag-glomeration in various industries having different impacts on carbon emission reduction.China should further guide rational industrial agglomeration,deeply implement the new development concept,and maximize the dividends accumulated by productive service industries to achieve industrial transformation,upgrading,and carbon emission reduction.
