In recent years,with the progress of digital technology and the transformation of the economy and society,digital transformation has become one of the research fields that scholars at home and abroad focus on.Based on distinguishing the terms related to enterprise digital transformation,digitization,and digitali-zation,this paper summarizes the key elements and concepts of enterprise digital transformation,including three elements:Digital technology,transformation scope,and transformation result.On this basis,this paper further expounds on the main digital technologies that form the basis of enterprise digital transformation,such as artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing,big data,etc.,and discusses the differentiation characteristics and advantages of these digital technologies.At the same time,this paper also classified and discussed the mea-surement methods of enterprise digital transformation according to the development stage of industrial digital transformation,and found that the text analysis of the annual report is a more reasonable method to measure the degree of enterprise digital transformation.The research results of this paper have important theoretical and prac-tical significance for promoting the digital transformation of enterprises.
