数字普惠金融与企业共同富裕:基于中国上市公司的分析

企业作为市场经济不可或缺的重要主体,在我国实现共同富裕和现代化发展的进程中扮演重要角色.本文使用 2016-2021 年我国A股上市公司数据,通过构建双向固定效应面板数据模型研究数字普惠金融对共同富裕的影响.研究结果显示,第一,数字普惠金融不仅可以促进企业营业总收入的增加,也可以缩小企业内不同主体的劳动收入差距,有利于企业"做大蛋糕"和"分好蛋糕".第二,数字普惠金融的三个子维度(覆盖广度、使用深度、数字化程度)对营业总收入和内部收入差距的影响具有差异性.第三,数字普惠金融对企业共同富裕的影响具有异质性.从产业性质来看,数字普惠金融对劳动密集型企业的营业总收入具有显著的促进作用,对资本技术密集型企业的内部收入差距具有显著的缩小作用;从股权性质来看,数字普惠金融在促进国有企业共同富裕的过程中发挥了更为显著的推动作用.
Abstract
As essential entities in a market economy,enterprises play a crucial role in China's journey towards common prosperity and modernization.This paper employs data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2021 and constructs a bidirectional fixed-effects panel data model to investigate the impact of digital inclusive finance on corporate common prosperity.The research findings reveal that,first,digital inclusive finance not only promotes an increase in total operating revenue for enterprises but also narrows the labor income gap among different subjects within enterprises,thus helping to both"enlarge the pie"and"divide the pie well."Second,the three sub-dimensions of digital inclusive finance(coverage breadth,usage depth,and degree of digitalization)have differential impacts on total operating revenue and internal income disparity.Third,the influence of digital inclusive finance on corporate common prosperity exhibits heterogeneity.From the perspective of industry nature,digital inclusive finance significantly boosts the total operating revenue of labor-intensive enterprises and significantly reduces the internal income disparity in capital and technology-intensive enterprises.From the perspective of ownership nature,digital inclusive finance plays a more pronounced role in promoting common prosperity in state-controlled enterprises.
