数字产业集聚与区域经济高质量发展——基于空间杜宾模型的实证检验

数字经济是推动经济高质量发展的新引擎.本文通过熵值法测度了全国 30 个省份2005-2020 年的数字产业集聚状况,借助空间杜宾模型检验了数字产业集聚对区域经济高质量发展的影响.实证结果显示,数字产业集聚有助于推动区域经济高质量发展且存在正向空间溢出效应,表明本地区的数字产业集聚有助于邻近地区的经济高质量发展.进一步研究发现,数字产业集聚对区域经济高质量发展的促进作用在教育投入水平高的省份更为有效,同时在人口偏少的省份也表现显著,而正向空间溢出效应在教育投入较大的省份更为有效.基于以上结论,本文以为政府应加大数字产业集聚支持力度,推动区域间合作与协同发展,并优化教育资源配置;行业则应加强创新能力建设,拓展应用领域,加强自律与规范发展,并深化国际合作与交流.
Abstract
The digital economy is the new engine driving high-quality economic development.This paper measures the digital industry agglomeration in 30 provinces across China from 2005 to 2020 using the entropy method and examines its impact on high-quality regional economic development through the Spatial Durbin Model.The empirical results indicate that digital industry agglomeration contributes to promoting high-quality regional economic development and exhibits positive spatial spillover effects,suggesting that digital industry agglomeration in one region benefits the high-quality economic development of neighboring regions.Further research reveals that the promotion effect of digital industry agglomeration on high-quality regional economic development is more effective in provinces with higher levels of educational investment and is also significant in provinces with lower population densities.Additionally,the positive spatial spillover effect is more effective in provinces with substantial educational investment.Based on these conclusions,it is recommended that the government should increase support for digital industry agglomeration,promote inter-regional cooperation and coordinated development,and optimize the allocation of educational resources.Industries should enhance their innovation capabilities,expand application fields,strengthen self-discipline and normative development,and deepen international cooperation and exchanges.
