摘要
当前,数字化转型已不是企业可有可无的选择,而是生存发展的必经之路.本文从企业数字化转型的概念界定、不同类型、实现路径、影响因素、风险挑战五个方面对企业数字化转型的既有文献进行梳理和分析.具体地,从技术应用、组织变革、价值创造角度讨论企业数字化转型的概念,根据转型环节和转型目的区分企业数字化转型的类型,划分数据赋能、平台化、服务化和同群效应四条企业数字化转型路径,探讨企业数字化转型在外部环境层面、企业层面、个体层面的影响因素,以及可能带来的安全威胁与隐私侵犯、过度监控与工作冲突、去人性化与去技能化等风险挑战.总体而言,本文对企业数字化转型进行了全面、系统的阐述,有利于加深对企业数字化转型的认识和理解,对于指导企业实施数字化转型战略、优化管理实践、提升转型效果具有重要的实践意义.
Abstract
In today's context,digital transformation is no longer an optional choice for enterprises,but a necessary path for survival and development.This paper reviews and analyzes existing literature on enterprise digital transformation from five aspects:Conceptual definition,different types,implementation pathways,influencing factors,and risks and challenges.Specifically,it discusses the concept of enterprise digital transformation from the perspectives of technological application,organizational change,and value creation.It categorizes the types of enterprise digital transformation based on transformation stages and objectives,and identifies four pathways:Data empowerment,platformization,servitization,and peer effect.The paper also explores the influencing factors of enterprise digital transformation at the external environment,enterprise,and individual levels,as well as the potential risks and challenges,including security threats and privacy infringements,excessive surveillance and work conflicts,and dehumanization and deskilling.Overall,this paper provides a comprehensive and systematic explanation of enterprise digital transformation,which deepens the understanding of this process and has significant practical implications for guiding enterprises in implementing digital transformation strategies,optimizing management practices,and enhancing transformation outcomes.
