摘要
目的：探讨并分析在乳腺肿块的临床诊治中应用超声技术的临床价值。方法：从我院2013年02月~2015年12月间确诊的乳腺肿块病患中选取50例，进行术前彩色多普勒超声诊断，分析本组患者的超声检查结果。结果：超声检查结果为乳腺恶性肿块17例，良性肿块29例，诊断符合率为92.0%。50例病患均为单发乳腺肿块，良、恶性性肿块在规则形态、边缘清晰程度、包膜完整性、浸润特点、后方回声、腋窝淋巴结形态以及血流特征等方面均有着显著的差异性。结论：在乳腺肿块的临床诊治中应用超声技术，其诊断符合率高，在鉴别良恶性病变方面有着突出的价值，值得借鉴。
Abstract
objective:to investigate and analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast lumps in the application of the clinical value of ultrasound.Methods:our hospital 02,2013-December 2015 patients with the diagnosis of breast lumps of 50 cases, preoperative color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis,analysis of this group of patients with ultrasound results. Results:the ultrasonic examination results of 17 cases breast malignant tumor, benign tumor 29 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 92.0%.50 cases of patients were single breast tumors,benign and malignant mass in rule form,edge clarity,membrane integrity, infiltration characteristics,rear echo,the shape of axillary lymph nodes,and so on blood flow characteristics have significant differences.Conclusions:in clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast lumps, application of ultrasonic technology in the diagnosis coincidence rate is high, has highlighted in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of value, is worth using for reference.
