摘要
目的：分析临床抗生素不合理应用原因及应对干预对策。方法选取我院2013年6月~2015年8月期间的门诊处方1200张，定向统计抗生素使用情况。结果随机抽取的1200张处方中，共计736张处方中应用了抗生素药物，其中不合理应用抗生素药物处方107张，占比14.53%。结论：我院抗生素整体使用情况基本趋于合理，但仍存在相应不足，亟待合理处理干预，有效强化抗生素应用治疗，强化患者临床治疗效果。
Abstract
Objective To analyse the reason of irrational use of antibiotics in clinical and response to intervention countermeasures. Methods select our hospital during June 2013 to August 2015 outpatient prescription 1200 zhang, directional statistical usage of antibiotics. Results: a random sample of 1200 prescription, a total of 736, the application of antibiotic drugs antibiotics and drug prescriptions of 107 accounted for 14.53%. Conclusion: our hospital overall basic tend to be more reasonable use of antibiotics, but there are still insufficient accordingly, strengthen the result of clinical treatment.
