神经内科护理中对脑卒中康复护理的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的：探讨分析神经内科护理中对脑卒中康复护理的临床疗效。方法我院神经内科2015年1月至6月间收治入院84例脑卒中患者，随机分组，即观察组和对照组，于进行护理后的第1个月末和第5个月末对脑卒中患者进行临床疗效的对比评价。结果两组患者经过经过相同时间的护理后，观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.86%，显著高于对照组患者的78.57%，且两组比较具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论神经内科护理中对脑卒中患者给予康复护理，可显著改善患者神经功能恢复，降低肢体瘫痪率。
Abstract
Objective To explore the neurological disease care in rehabilitation nursing of cerebral apoplexy patient s nursing experience and clinical curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2015 January to 2015 June in our hospital neurology stroke patients 84 cases, divided into normal control group and the reservation group, 42 cases in each group. After 5 months of treatment, application of neural function defect analysis in the evaluation of clinical curative effect. Results The reservation group efficiency (92.86%), significantly higher than that in control group efficiency (78.57%), compared the two groups had a signifi cant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The cerebral stroke patients undergoing rehabilitation nursing contributes to patient nerve function rehabilitation, effective reduction of stroke patients with hemiplegia occurred.
