摘要
目的：探讨分析影响毛细支气管炎患儿临床严重程度的因素。方法：通过回顾分析和临床随访，对我院收治的188例毛细支气管炎患儿的病情程度与自身身体指标、所处环境及父母方面的因素采用统计学方法进行联系及相关程度的回归分析。结果：患儿的性别与毛细支气管炎严重程度无关，其身体肥胖程度、居住环境、季节气候影响、喂养方式、伴发湿疹疾病等与病情严重程度有关，患儿父母的家族病史、吸烟等不良生活习惯与病情严重程度直接相关，且成为最明显、最敏感的影响因素。结论：毛细支气管炎临床症状严重程度与患儿的性别无关，与其自身身体指标、所处环境、父母的家族病史和不良生活习惯等有关，其中家族病史和不良习惯的影响最为显著。
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the factors of influencing the clinical severity of bronchiolitis children. Methods:. By using retrospective analysis methods, the relation between illness severity and their physical parameters, the environment of 188 bronchiolitis children were analyzed. Results:the gender has no relation with the severity of bronchiolitis. The body fat, living environment, are related to that,, and the correlation is obvious. Conclusion:the severity bronchiolitis children were not related to gender,and has relation with the physical indicators, environment,etc., the most significant influence factors were bad habits.
