摘要
目的：探究2型糖尿病患者眼表因素对干眼症发生的影响。方法：将106例2型糖尿病患者列入研究组，另选100例健康体检人员列入对照组，对两组人员眼表各指标进行测定。结果：研究组干眼主诉阳性率（46.2%）明显高于对照组（22.0%），比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；其中泪液性状异常、基础分泌量下降及泪膜稳定性下降对糖尿病患者发生干眼症会产生较大影响（P＜0.05）。结论：糖尿病患者易患有干眼症，与眼表中泪液性状、基础分泌量、泪膜稳定性等指标变化有关。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ocular surface of patients with type 2 diabetes factors on the occurrence of dry eye. Methods:106 cases of type 2 diabetic patients included in the study group, select 100 healthy people were included in the control group, the indexes of two groups of ocular surface were measured. Results:the study group dry eye complaints positive rate (46.2%) was significantly higher than that of control group (22.0%), the difference is significant (P<0.05);the abnormalities in tear properties, basal secretion decreased and the stability of tear film declines of diabetic patients with dry eye will have a greater impact (P<0.05). Conclusion:diabetic patients were easy to suffer from dry eye, and ocular surface tear properties, basic secretion volume, tear film stability indicators related to changes.
