目的:根据飞利浦彩色超声iE33日常使用当中出现的掉电故障,探讨此类故障行之有效的诊断维修思路。方法:根据掉电故障类型分为连续型以及间歇型分析,结合测量以及隔离等有效手段,按部就班确定故障。结果:设计的故障排查整体思路,可顺利快捷地将故障圈定,能够明显提高故障处理效率。结论:该诊断思路可针对飞利浦iE33常见的掉电故障,通过测量及隔离等手段,为更有效率地处理掉电故障提供了可靠的排查整体思路。
Abstract
Objective:Discuss an effective troubleshooting method of the power down malfunction for Philips Ultrasound iE33.Methods:Divide the malfunction into constant type and intermittent type , then make the diagnosis step by step with measurement and isolation. Results:The comprehensive method can help engineer quickly find out the malfunction part, and make the troubleshooting more effective. Conclusions:Making use of measurement and isolation ,the method can help engineer troubleshoot the iE33 power down malfunction more effectively.
