摘要
目的：总结某二级甲等综合医院2013—2015年住院患者死亡原因，为医院管理和疾病防治提供依据。方法运用医院病案管理系统对医院2013－2015年住院死因进行统计分析。结果某医院三年总计死亡病例462例，住院患者死亡率为1.17%，男性病死率高于女性；按年龄段划分死亡率从50岁开始上升，80—89岁年龄组达到高峰；死因顺位中前五位分别为：恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒。其中死于前三种疾病的病例占全院住院患者死亡病例的78.3%。结论恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病是该院住院患者的主要死亡原因。进一步提高医疗技术，针对性的开展防治工作，对于降低病死率有重要意义。
Abstract
Objective Summarize the cause of death in patients with 2013-2015 in hospital a two general hospitals, to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases and hospital managementMethod Using the hospital medical record management system to analyze the causes of death in hospital during 2013-2015.Result A total of three deaths in a hospital in 462 cases, the mortality rate was 1.17%, and the mortality rate was higher than that of the female. According to the age group, the mortality rate increased from 50 years old, and the 80-90 years old group reached the peak. The top five causes of death were malignant tumor, respiratory disease, circulatory system disease, digestive system disease, injury and poisoning. One died of the first three diseases accounted for 78.3% of all cases of total hospital deaths.Conclusion Malignant tumor, respiratory disease, circulatory system disease is the main cause of death in the hospital. Further improve the medical technology, targeted to carry out prevention and control work, to reduce the mortality rate is of great significance.
