带蒂颊脂垫在口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后缺损修复中的应用

摘要
贋目的：探讨带蒂颊脂垫在口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后缺损修复中的应用效果。方法：对照组给予复体修复，研究组提供带蒂颊脂垫修复。结果：两组口腔颌面部肿瘤切除患者均顺利完成缺损修复，研究组所需手术时间、术中出血量及术后至张口间隔时间显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率（11.11%）显著低于对照组（40.00%）（P<0.05）。结论：利用带蒂颊脂垫对口腔颌面部肿瘤切除患者实施缺损修复效果显著。
Abstract
Objective:Discussion on the buccal fat pad in oral and maxillofacial tumor resection defects in the application effect. Methods:The control group received prostheses,Study Group provides the buccal fat pad repair. Results:Two sets of oral and maxillofacial tumor patients were successfully defects,The study group required operation time、Blood loss and postoperative interval to mouth significantly higher(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions study group (11.11%) was significantly lower than the control group (40.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of buccal fat pad in oral and maxillofacial tumor resection for patients with defects significant effect.
