摘要
目的：探索柴芍益胃汤在治疗老年消化溃疡中的效果。方法：在我院收治的老年消化溃疡患者中随机选出120例作为观察对象，将其按照选择的治疗方法分成中药组和西药组，其中中药组62例患者采用自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗，西药组58例患者则采用常规西药雷贝拉唑治疗，对比分析治疗效果差异。结果：中药组患者的总有效率96.77%明显高于西药组的86.21%，且中药组患者的腹痛、反酸、嗳气、纳差、乏力症候评分均低于西药组，P＜0.05。结论：在老年消化溃疡治疗中应用中药柴芍益胃汤治疗效果确切，有助于促进患者临床症状的缓解，提高生活质量，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Chaishao Yiwei Tang in treatment of elderly digestive ulcers. Method: In our hospital, elderly peptic ulcer patients randomly selected 120 cases as an object of observation, will be divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group in accordance with the choice of treatment, wherein the medicine group of 62 patients were treated with self Chaishao Yiwei Tang treatment, medicine the group of 58 patients with conventional medicine rabeprazole treatment, comparative analysis of the treatment effect differences. Results: Chinese patients total effective rate 96.77% 86.21% significantly higher than western medicine group and TCM group were abdominal pain, acid reflux, belching, anorexia, fatigue symptom scores were lower than western medicine group, P <0.05. Conclusions:In elderly peptic ulcer treatment application of Chinese medicine treatment Chaishao Yiwei Tang exact effect, contribute to clinical symptoms in patients with remission, improve quality of life, worthy of promotion.
