摘要
目的：分析妇产科护理过程中存在的不安全因素，并提出相应的解决对策。方法：选择我院妇产科2013年7月-2014年6月之间500例患者的临床资料，分析其中设备、环境以及人员中存在的不安全因素，采取科学的手段进行干预；在2014年7月-2015年6月实施临床对策，对比前后的差异。结果：对比实施对策之后的500例患者的临床资料，不安全因素明显减少、服务水平和满意度得到明显提高。结论：通过分析妇产科护理过程中存在的不安全因素，通过增强护士的服务意识、法律意识及业务水平等措施能够有效改善，促进服务水平的提高。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the process of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing insecurity exists, and propose appropriate countermeasures. Methods:A hospital maternity July 2013-June 2014 between the clinical data of 500 cases of patients, analyze the equipment, environment and insecurity present in person, take scientific means to intervene;2014 July-June 2015 implementation of clinical measures the difference before and after comparison. Results:Comparative Clinical data Countermeasures after 500 patients, insecurity significantly reduced the level of service and satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion:By analyzing the insecurity of obstetrics and gynecology nursing process in the presence of nurses by enhancing service awareness, legal awareness and the level of business and other measures can improve, promote the improvement of service levels.
