摘要
目的：分析精神科护理不良事件发生情况，制定防范措施。方法：2013年1月～2015年12月，医院收治患者841例，通过回顾性分析、文献分析法、访谈法，分析不良事件发生原因、安全隐患。结果：有不依从行为发生率20.8%，不良反应发生率84.90%，Ⅲ-Ⅳ级不良反应发生率6.42%；有攻击行为患者占49.94%，人均2.10起，造成严重的人身伤害41起；意外伤害发生率8.92%。结论：精神科护理安全隐患较多，需加强风险管理。
Abstract
Objective:to analysis of psychiatric nursing adverse events, to develop preventive measures. Methods:December January 2013 to 2015, hospital patients 841 cases, by retrospective analysis, literature analysis method, interviews, analysis of adverse events cause, security risks. Results: nonadherence behavior incidence rate of 20.8%, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 84.90%, III - IV the incidence rate of adverse reaction of 6.42%;accounting for aggressive behavior in patients with 49.94%, per capita 2.10 up, resulting in serious injury, 41;rate of accidental injury of 8.92%.
