摘要
目的：探究老年性结肠癌并肠梗阻的手术治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2013年11月到2014年11月于我院就诊的老年性结肠癌并肠梗阻患者共12例，利用回顾分析的方法，记录患者术后的临床表现。结果：12例患者在经过手术治疗后没有发生病死率，有4例患者在术后出现不同程度并发症感染，进行积极治疗后症状基本得到改善。结论：老年性结肠癌并肠梗阻采取手术治疗时，需要结合患者的具体病情，综合分析，采取适合的手术方式，在术前积极准备，能够帮助患者改善病情，临床的死亡率降低很多。
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of colon cancer and age-related intestinal obstruction surgery. Methods: November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital of elderly patients with colorectal cancer and 24 cases of intestinal obstruction, the use of retrospective analysis, the clinical manifestations of patients after recording. Results: 24 patients, no mortality occurred after surgery, 8 patients had varying degrees of complication in the postoperative infection, active treatment after symptoms improve. Conclusion: The elderly colon cancer and intestinal obstruction underwent surgery requires a combination of patients with specific conditions, comprehensive analysis, to take the appropriate surgical approach, actively preparing before surgery to help improve the condition of patients, clinical mortality reduced.
