摘要
目的：通过对我院接受经阴道彩色超声检查且经手术病理检查确诊的宫外孕患者诊断情况进行回顾性分析，探讨经阴道彩超诊断宫外孕的效果。方法：选择我院2013年1月-2015年1月接受经阴道彩色超声检查且经手术病理检查确诊的宫外孕患者作为研究对象，一共100例，采用彩色超声诊断仪器对所有患者进行检查。首先进行经腹部彩色超声检查，然后进行经阴道彩色超声检查，对比两种检查方式的结果。结果：经腹部彩色超声检查诊断符合率为88%（88/100），误诊率为12%（12/100）。经阴道超声检查诊断符合率为96%（96/100），误诊率为4%（4/100）。二者诊断符合率对比，经阴道超声检查明显高于经腹部超声检查，数据比较差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：经阴道超声检查比经腹部检查具有更高的诊断符合率和准确度，有利于为临床诊治宫外孕提供可靠的依据。
Abstract
Objective: Through our hospital transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and pathologically diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy diagnosis of the patient were retrospectively analyzed to explore transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy results. Methods: A hospital in January 2013 - January 2015 accepted transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and ectopic pregnancy in patients with pathologically diagnosed as an object of study, a total of 100 cases, the use of color ultrasound diagnostic equipment for all patients to be checked. Firstly by abdominal color ultrasound and transvaginal examination, the results of comparison of the two ways of color Doppler ultrasound examination. Results:The abdominal color ultrasound diagnosis rate was 88%(88/100), misdiagnosis rate was 12%(12/100). Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis rate was 96% (96/100), misdiagnosis rate was 4% (4/100). Both diagnostic accuracy compared transvaginal ultrasound significantly higher than transabdominal ultrasound data and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion:based on transvaginal ultrasound has a higher rate of diagnosis and accuracy, help provide reliable clinical diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy than abdominal examination.
