摘要

基于该装置本身,为了达到充分利用动物模型模拟体力活动不足状态的目的,设计一种改良式新型装置,延长原有实验时间,拓展装置功能,同时方便新型实验的进行。“体力活动不足大鼠尾部悬吊装置(tail-suspended,TS)”模拟人体状态以便较准确的模拟体力活动不足的状态。本文就现有大鼠尾部悬吊装置做出改进并予以说明,对于新型装置的优点及实验应用的全面性开展相关综述。

Abstract

Based on characteristics of itself, to make full use of the animal model of simulated insufficient physical activity status, design an improved new device, extend the time of the original experiment, expanding device function, but also convenient for more new experiments."Insufficient physical activity in the rat tail suspension device (tail- suspended, TS)", ordering to simulate the human condition more accurate simulation of insufficient physical activity. The existing rat tail suspension device make improvements and, for the advantage of the new device to carry out the experiment of comprehensive develop related were reviewed.
