摘要
目的：研究并分析对接受CT增强扫描诊断的患者使用舒适护理的效果。方法：收集接受CT增强扫描诊断患者共120例，根据平行、单盲、随机对照的设计原则分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例），对照组实施常规护理，观察组则联合舒适护理，将两组患者诊断图像质量优良率进行观察和对比。结果：观察组诊断图像质量的优良率明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在患者接受CT增强扫描诊断时，舒适护理能够使诊断图像质量更有保障，有助于患者疾病的正确判断，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of comfortable nursing care for patients with enhanced CT scan. Methods:collected enhanced CT scanning in the diagnosis of patients with a total of 120 cases, according to parallel, single blind, randomized controlled design principle divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases), patients in control group received routine nursing care, observation group combined with comfort care. Results: the quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion:in patients with CT enhanced scan diagnosis , it is worth promoting the application.
