摘要
目的：探讨二级医院消毒供应室集中管理实践模式及成效分析，从而促进消毒供应专业发展，为建立区域化消毒供应中心提供依据。方法采取回顾性方法，对医院2015年实施消毒供应室集中管理与2011年未实施集中管理的工作成效进行对比分析。结果通过对实施前后的比较，灭菌质量监测合格率由集中管理前79.6%提高到100%，医院感染发生率由原来的2.7%降低为1.3%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论二级医院消毒供应室集中管理提高工作质量，促进消毒供应专业发展，更好的控制了医院感染的发生，为消毒供应中心区域化模式提供依据。
Abstract
Objective To explore centralized management mode on control of Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSR) in Secondary Hospital and to analyze its effects so as to promote the professionalization of CSSR and to provide a basis for the regionalization of CSSR. Methods By means of retrospective survey, the effects were compared between 2015 when the centralized management was implemented and 2011 when the centralized management was not implemented. Results The qualified rate of cleaning instrument was increased from 79.6% to 100%; the incidence of nosocmial infections in 2014 was 1.3%, which was lower than 2.7% in 2011, the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of centralized management of CSSD in Secondary Hospital can effectively improve the quality of work and the control of the nosocomial infections. Also, it can promote the professionalization of CSSR and provide a basis for the regionalization of CSSR.
