摘要
根据消毒供应中心专业的特殊性，建立健全了各项规章制度，如消毒供应中心工作制度、质量管理制度、质量控制及追溯制度、消毒隔离制度、职业防护制度、物品召回制度、查对制度、沟通协调制度、缺陷管理制度、下收下送制度等。完善了各岗位操作流程和质量标准（回收、清洗、检查、包装、灭菌、监测、储存、发放），明确了各岗位人员工作职责。科主任从工作计划、组织、监督及控制等方面进行管理，通过细化工作职责，合理分工，对各岗位实行目标考核，对各环节实行质量控制，提高了消毒供应中心护理人员的积极性和工作效率。

Of from work plan, organization, supervision and control management, through detailed job responsibilities, reasonable division of labor, implements the target for each position evaluation, quality control in each link to improve the disinfection supply center nursing staff's enthusiasm and work efficiency.
