摘要
目的:探讨核磁共振成像(MRI)在膝关节半月板损伤诊断中的价值。方法:选取2014年12月~2015年12月临床疑诊为膝关节半月板损伤的患者82例,依次进行MRI检查和关节镜检查。分析其磁共振成像征象的特征并分级,显示半月板受损情况;并以对关节镜检查标准,记录MRI诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果:82例患者中,60例为Ⅲ度损伤,14例为Ⅱ度损伤,8例为Ⅰ度损伤。其总体敏感率和特异性分别为93.9%和80.5%,与关节镜诊断的完全符合率为96.3%。结论:核磁共振在膝关节半月板损伤的诊断中不仅能精确地显示膝关节半月板损伤及损伤程度,而且检查方法有较高的敏感性、特异性,检查结果与关节镜的检测具有高度的吻合性,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of the knee joint. Methods: a total of December 2014 to 2015 December clinically suspected of 82patients with meniscus injury of the knee, followed by MRI and arthroscopy. Analysis of the characteristics of the magnetic resonance imaging features and classification, showing the situation of the meniscus damage; and in order to check the standard of arthroscopy, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis were recorded. Results: in 82cases, 60 cases were grade III, 14 cases were grade II injury, and 8 cases were grade I injury. The overall sensitivity and specificity were 93.9% and 80.5%, respectively, and the total compliance rate was 96.3%. Conclusion: nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of knee joint not only can accurately display the meniscus of knee joint injury and damage degree, and check that the method has high sensitivity, specificity and detection of examination results and arthroscopy has highly identical, it is worth clinical popularization and application.
