摘要
目的：对全面护理模式在胆结石手术患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法将我院2014年3月至2014年11月间收治的100例胆结石患者进行随机的分组，其中对照组患者50例，观察组患者50例。对照组患者采用常规的护理模式，而观察组患者则采用全面护理模式，然后进行两组患者护理效果的对比分析。结果通过护理效果的比较发现，观察组患者的手术时间和手术出血量要明显的低于对照组患者，而观察组患者的护理满意度要明显的高于对照组患者。两组的比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全面护理模式在胆结石手术患者中的应用效果非常显著，值得在临床中进行推广。
Abstract
The purpose of the comprehensive care model application results in gallstone surgery patients were analyzed. Methods in our hospital between March 2014 to November 2014 treated 100 cases of gallstone patients were randomized grouping, with 50 control patients, 50 patients in observation group. The control group were treated with routine care model and the observed patients a comprehensive model of care, then the two groups were compared the effect of patient care. The results found by comparing the effect of nursing, operative time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group of patients, patient care and observation group satisfaction to be significantly higher in patients. Comparison between the two groups is significant, statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive care model application results in patients with gallstone surgery is very significant, worthy of promotion in clinical.
