摘要
目的：：观察针刀在治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎中的临床疗效。方法：在局部麻醉后用针刀纵向切开粘连增厚狭窄的屈指肌腱腱鞘，使肌腱能顺利通过狭窄的腱鞘而达到治疗目的。结果：手术区域疼痛感完全消失及患指功能完全恢复时间7-15天，平均10.2天，同时对52位患者进行3个月的随访。以国家中医药管理局制定的统一标准进行疗效评定[1]治愈45例，好转5例，未愈2例，总有效率为96.2%。结论：针刀是治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎治愈率高，痛苦小的一种好方法。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of a needle knife in treating stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum. Methods: Lengthways cut adhesive incrassate and narrow tenosynovitis of hand flexor tendons with needle knife after local anesthesia, with the therapeutic purpose of finger flexor tendons can pass stenosis tendon sheath smoothly. Results:The pain completely disappear at operation area, and the function of the finger recover completely in 7-15 days, average 10.2 days, with follow-up visit average 3 months days in 52 cases.There are 45 cured,5 improved,2 not union, the whole effective rate is 96.2% with unified standard established by Nation Traditional Chinese.Medicine Directorate. Conclusion: It is a ideal method, high cure rate ,small trauma, to treat tenosynovitis of hand flexor tendons with needle knife.
