摘要
目的：对血型不规则抗体监测在临床输血中所产生作用的分析。方法：自2013年10月至2015年10月，从我市二甲医院选取30例患者进行血型不规则抗体检测，对检测资料进行回顾分析。结果：依据检测结果可以发现配血不合原因，其中有83.3%的患者在交叉配血检测中为阳性。结论：通过对患者进行血型不规则抗体检测，可以有效避免对患者输入配比率较低的血液，确保输血治疗的安全性。
Abstract
Purpose: the type of irregular antibodies monitoring in clinical blood transfusion, the analysis of the effect. Methods: from October 2014 to October 2015, 30 patients were selected from our hospital irregular antibody detection of blood type, the testing data are analyzed retrospectively. Results: on the basis of test results with blood can be found out the reason, of which 83.3% of patients in the cross matching test is positive. Conclusion: the patients with irregular antibody detection of blood type, can effectively avoid the low ratio of input to patients with blood, to ensure the safety of blood transfusion treatment.
