摘要
目的：探讨复方去氧孕烯片用于人工流产术后月经不调治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选择2015年1月~2016年2月在我院行人工流产术的50例患者为研究对象，采用随机分组的形式将其分为两组，25例常规组患者实施基础术后治疗，25例研究组患者在采取上述治疗措施的同时遵医嘱服用复方去氧孕烯片，比较分析两组的临床效果。结果：研究组阴道出血时间为（4.5±2.2）天，明显短于常规组（9.2±4.6）天；研究组月经复潮时间为（25.8±5.3）天，明显短于常规组（38.4±3.7）天；研究组痛经发生率为8%，明显低于常规组40%；研究组月经不调发生率为12%，明显低于常规组44%；研究组患者总满意度为100%，明显高于常规组44%；研究组不良反应发生率为12%，略低于常规组16%。结论：在人工流产术后运用复方去氧孕烯片进行治疗，不仅有助于降低患者痛经和月经不调发生率，同时也可以有效缩短月经复潮时间和阴道出血时间，减少不良反应，在临床上具有较大的推广使用价值。
Abstract
objective: to investigate the compound desogestrel piece used for induced abortion menstruation to be not moved after treatment of clinical curative effect. Methods: from January 2015 to February 2015 in our hospital abortion operation of 50 patients as the research object, takes the form of a randomized, it divided into two groups, 25 cases of normal group, postoperative treatment for 25 patients with the team at the same time of the treatment measures of prescribed taking compound desogestrel, comparative analysis of the clinical effect of the two groups. Results: the group of vaginal bleeding time was(4.5 + 2.2) days, obviously short in the conventional group(9.2 + 4.6) days; Agger team menstrual time was(25.8 + 5.3) days, obviously short in the conventional group(38.4 + 3.7) days;Team dysmenorrhea incidence was 8%, significantly lower than normal group 40%; Team menoxenia incidence was 12%, significantly lower than normal group 44%; Team in patients with total satisfaction was 100%, significantly higher than normal group 44%; The team the incidence of adverse reactions was 12%, slightly lower than normal group 16%. Conclusion: using compound desogestrel during an abortion after treatment, not only help reduce the incidence of dysmenorrhea and menstruation to be not moved, at the same time, it can effectively shorten the menstrual agger and vaginal bleeding time, reduce adverse reactions, has great use value in clinic.
