摘要
目的：探讨胃溃疡通过西药联合加味补中益气汤治疗的临床效果。方法：研究我院2014年3月至2015年12月期间随机抽取的80例胃溃疡患者，分为对照组与观察组各40例，其中对照组运用西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上运用加味补中益气汤治疗，分析两组治疗效果差异。结果：在治疗有效率上，观察组为97.5%，显著高于对照组75%，p<0.05；在药物不良反应上，观察组为10%，显著少于对照组为22.5%，p<0.05。结论：胃溃疡通过西药联合加味补中益气汤治疗可以有效的提升治疗疗效，同时不良反应少，治疗安全性与效果均有保证，患者更容易接受。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of gastric ulcers by Modified Buzhongyiqitang treatment. Methods: 80 cases of gastric ulcer patients, the control group using western medicine treatment, observation group using Modified Buzhongyiqitang treatment, two groups were analyzed differences in treatment effect. Results: The effective rate in observation group was 97.5%, the control group 75%, p <0.05; on adverse drug reactions,10% in the observation group, the control group 22.5%, p <0.05. Conclusion: Modified by Buzhongyiqitang ulcer treatment can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect.
