摘要
目的：提高头颈外科护理带教水平，保障护理安全，提高实习生的学习质量。方法：针对头颈外科实际工作的特点，应用鱼骨图分析了42名护生在头颈外科带教中的问题，制定了相应的对策。结果：头颈外科临床护理教学质量有所提高。
Abstract
