摘要
目的：探究分析开展优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的干预效果。方法：选取2011年9月―2013年9月我院进行普外科腹腔镜手术的患者82例，将患者随机平均分成两组患者。给予对照组患者常规护理措施，观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予优质护理。结果：观察组满意25例，基本满意15例，满意率97.5%，对照组满意18例，基本满意13例，满意率75.6%；观察组无焦虑36例，轻度焦虑4例，中度焦虑1例，重度焦虑0例；对照组无焦虑15例，轻度焦虑13例，中度焦虑9例，重度焦虑4例；组间比较差异明显，具有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论：针对普外科腹腔镜手术的患者给予优质护理干预，明显改善了患者的不良情绪，显著提高了患者满意度，促进患者恢复健康，值得在临床应用推广。
Abstract
Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of high quality nursing service on the quality of nursing in Department of gen eral surgery. Methods: 82 patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected. The pati ents were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, and the observation group w ere given high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing care. Results: the observation group with 25 cases, 15 cases were basically satis fied, the satisfaction rate was 97.5%, the control group with 18 cases, 13 cases were basically satisfied, satisfaction rate of 75.6%; the observa tion group had no anxiety in 36 cases, 4 cases of mild anxiety, 1 patients with moderate anxiety, 0 had severe anxiety; control group, 15 patie nts with anxiety and mild anxiety 13 cases, 9 cases of moderate anxiety, 4 cases of severe anxiety; the differences between groups was statisti cally significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the laparoscopic operation in the Department of general surgery were given high quality nursing inter vention, can significantly improve the patient?s negative emotions, improve patient satisfaction, promote patients recover, worthy of clinical a pplication.
