摘要
目的:分析优质护理服务在急诊科的应用效果。方法:抽取我院急诊科于2014年5月-2015年10月期间收治的68例患者,根据入院治疗的先后顺序划分为观察组和对照组,护理模式则分别选择优质护理以及常规护理,分析护理应用效果。结果:观察组患者经护理后其护理满意度高于对照组,其护理差错事件以及投诉事件的发生率低于对照组,数据之间统计意义产生。结论:急诊科采用优质护理能够提升患者的护理满意度,降低护理差错事件的发生率。
Abstract
objective: to analysis the application effect of high quality nursing service in the emergency department. Method: to extract the hospital emergency department in May 2014-2015, 68 patients admitted during the period of October, according to the order of hospital was divided into observation group and control group, choose the high quality nursing care model respectively, and routine nursing care, nursing application effect analysis. Results: the observation group of patients after nursing care satisfaction is higher than the control group, the incidence of nursing error and complaint events is lower than the control group, the statistical significance between the data is generated. Conclusion: the emergency department USES the high quality nursing can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of nursing error event.
