Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Flexible Employment Personnel Participating in Urban Employees'Pension Insurance:Take Shijiazhuang as an Example
Flexible employment personnel play an important role in the development of the national economy,but the basic pension policies in China do not impose rigid requirements on the payment of flexible employment personnel.A considerable number of flexible employment personnel face many difficulties in being included in the scope of urban employees'pension policies.From the micro perspective,the study makes an analysis by dividing the factors that affect whether flexible employment personnel participate in urban employees'pension polices into three dimensions and 13 indicators.The three dimensions include personal characteristics,policy environment,and work environment.It is concluded that job satisfaction is positively correlated with choosing urban employees'pension insurance;the policy environment can promote flexible employment personnel to choose urban employees'pension insurance;the four factors of personal characteristics influence the behavior of flexible employment personnel through different aspects.Finally,it is proposed to improve the job satisfaction of flexible employment personnel,create a social atmosphere for participating in basic pension insurance,and improve relevant laws and regulations on basic pension insurance to increase the insurance coverage rate of flexible employment personnel.
