Research on the Impact of Regional Digitalization on Green Total Factor Productivity:Moderating Effect Based on the Allocation Efficiency of Financial Resources
Accelerating the collaborative transformation of digitalization and greening has gradually become the two mainstream trends of economic and social transformation, and the efficient allocation of financial resources can provide financing support and risk management for green economic transition.Based on the panel data of 30 regions in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper constructs a dynamic spatial Durbin model to analyze the impact of regional digitalization on green total factor productivity, and discusses the moderating effect of allocation efficiency of financial resources. The results show that regional digitalization has a spatial spillover effect on green total factor productivity. The allocation efficiency of financial resources plays a positive role in the short term;the moderating effect of allocation efficiency of financial resources is heterogeneous in the eastern, central, western and northeastern regions in the short and long term.To achieve green development,it is required to promote green total factor productivity from three aspects:promoting digital development, optimizing the allocation of financial resources and strengthening regional cooperation.
