Exploration and Analysis on the Optimization Path of Financial Cooperation Between Heilongjiang Province and Russia Boosted by New Quality Productive Forces
In September 2023,general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Xi Jinping proposed the concept of"new quality productive forces"during his investigation in Heilongjiang Province,which points out the direction of efforts for financial cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia once again.As the vanguard of financial cooperation with Russia,Heilongjiang Province has a realistic foundation for the coordinated development of politics,economy,and culture between China and Russia.With the help of new quality productive forces,the optimization path of financial cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia should be strengthened from three perspectives:improving the supply and demand mechanism of financial services for Heilongjiang-Russia enterprises,optimizing the quality of industrial cluster pilot areas,and establishing and optimizing financial information platforms.It is expected that the scientific guidance of new quality productive forces will be integrated into the optimization path of financial cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia.
