"对分课堂"教学在经管类"金课"建设中的探索与实践——以西方经济学课程为例

对分课堂构建以"学生发展为中心"的交互式教学创新模式,有利于培养学生的自主学习能力和批判性思维,对新时代打造高校一流"金课"具有重要意义.以经管类专业基础核心课程西方经济学为例,在分析对分课堂教学模式与高校课堂的可适性基础上,按照"传统课堂教学多维困境——对分课堂教学改革实施——对分课堂改革效果反馈"逻辑,探讨"对分课堂"教学在西方经济学课程"金课"建设中的探索实践.结果发现:与对分课堂教学相比,传统课堂教学存在与中国情景式学科发展不匹配、学生自主学习意识缺失、教师教学观念滞后等困境;采用对分课堂教学模式,以西方经济学课程中的"市场结构理论"章节为例,进行个性化教学设计与教学实验改革,发现对分课堂教学模式改革的反馈效果显著,即课程内容反映前沿性和时代性,教学形式呈现先进性和互动性,学习结果具有探究性和个性化,教学质量与学生综合素质能力实现同步提升.
The Exploration and Practice of"PAD Class"Teaching in the Construction of"Golden Lesson"of Economics and Management:Take Western Economics as an Example
The interactive teaching innovation mode with"student development as the center"is constructed in the PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)class,which is conducive to cultivating students'autonomous learning ability and critical thinking,and is of great significance to build a first-class"golden lesson"in colleges and universities in the new era.Taking Western Economics,a basic core course for economics and management majors,as an example,based on the analysis of the adaptability of the PAD class teaching mode and college classroom,this research follows the logic of"multi-dimensional dilemma of traditional classroom teaching-implementation of PAD class teaching reform-feedback on the effect of PAD class reform"and probes into the exploration and practice of"PAD class"teaching in the construction of"golden lesson"of Western Economics.The results show that compared with the PAD class teaching,the traditional classroom teaching has some difficulties,such as the mismatch with the China's situational discipline development,the students'lack of independent learning consciousness,and the teachers'stereotyped teaching concept.By introducing the PAD class teaching mode and taking the"Market Structure Theory"of Western Economics as an example to conduct personalized teaching design and teaching practice reform,and it is found that the feedback effect of the reform of the PAD class teaching mode is significant,that is,the course content is cutting-edge and contemporary,the teaching form is advanced and interactive,and the learning results are exploratory and personalized.The simultaneous improvement of teaching quality and students'comprehensive ability is an important driving force to deepen the classroom teaching reform in colleges and universities in China.
