Design and Implementation of Anode Copper Intelligent Sampling Device Based on Programmable Logic Controller
The modern copper smelting industry mainly detects the purity of anode copper plate raw materials by extracting copper shavings from the anode copper plate through drilling sampling and conducting copper content testing.The existing sampling methods mostly rely on manual operation of machine tools to drill and sample copper plates at designated positions,which is inefficient and difficult to ensure safety.This article designs an intelligent anode copper sampling device based on programmable logic controllers.The device structure and software and hardware control system are designed for the specific sampling process and material transportation of copper chip samples.The device mainly includes machine tool cylinder fixtures,sampling cone buckets,air blowing vibration auxiliary equipment,sample chip screw collection device structure,joint control system,and upper computer industrial control interface.Implemented functions such as point selection and positioning,spindle movement,drilling,blowing vibration,and copper chip sample collection,and completed human-machine interaction through the upper computer interface,ultimately achieving intelligent and fully automatic sampling of anode copper plates.
