Research on Automatic Incineration Control System
Garbage incineration power generation technology can reduce,harmless,and resource utilization of garbage,turning waste into treasure.the core of garbage incineration power generation technology is the stability control of garbage incineration.a good automatic incineration control system can continuously stabilize the evaporation capacity of the boiler,maximize the incineration treatment capacity of garbage,ensure the burning rate of garbage,ensure the emission indicators of flue gas,and minimize the wear of flue gas in the main equipment.The optimized and innovated automatic combustion control system operates stably,with significantly improved control effectiveness,which can better meet the stable operation requirements of the incinerator.The boiler load can be stably maintained within the rated range,the furnace temperature can always reach above 850 degrees,the flue gas index control is stable,and the slag burning rate can also reach a good level.
