Discussion on the Reasons for the Fracture of Anchor Bolts for Subway Fasteners in the New Era
This article mainly discusses the reasons for the fracture of anchor bolts for subway fasteners in the new era.Through on-site testing,the relationship between bolt torque and axial force was obtained.By constructing a finite element calculation model,compare and analyze the stress situation of the anchor bolt of the fastener when using single and double spring washers.The discussion results show that double washers can continuously supply shear deformation under compression,and the increase in bolt axial force under the load of high-speed trains is smaller than that of single washers and double washers,resulting in a lower probability of fracture.
