摘要

针对散料输送系统中存在的粉尘污染问题,文章通过建立CFD模型,设计并仿真了一套基于气固两相流原理的自除尘装置.该装置集成了密封导料槽、回流管、扩容区等结构单元.仿真结果表明,所设计的自除尘装置能够有效控制气流速度,使空气中的颗粒聚集、沉降,从而大幅降低粉尘污染.该装置实现了清洁生产和材料的回收利用,达到了经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的统一,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract

Regarding the dust pollution problem in bulk material conveying systems,this article designs and simulates a self-cleaning device based on the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow by establishing a CFD model.The device integrates structural units such as a sealed guide trough,a reflux pipe,and an expansion zone.The simulation results show that the designed self-cleaning device can effectively control the airflow velocity,allowing particles in the air to aggregate and settle,thereby greatly reducing dust pollution.The device realizes clean production and material recycling,achieving the unity of economic,environmental,and social benefits,and has broad application prospects.
