Design of Injection Mold for WJ-8 Type Coupler Track Gauge Baffle of High Speed Railway
The development of high-speed railways has led to a gradual increase in the actual demand for WJ-8 type coupler gauge baffles.In contrast,the performance requirements for gauge baffles have become increasingly strict.Research on the problems encountered during the injection molding process of WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle,analyze the structure of WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle,and design the injection mold structure for gauge baffle.By practicing the injection molding process of WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle,the effectiveness of this design has been confirmed.This design can significantly improve the production stability of the WJ-8 type fastener gauge baffle for high-speed railways,significantly reduce the production cost of gauge baffle,and significantly reduce the frequency and difficulty of injection mold maintenance.
