摘要
偏光片生产中的核心工站为延伸站,由于原材料聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,以下简称"PVA")延展性强,需要拉伸等,只能采用单轴生产方式,导致整个偏光片生产需要每过1～3 d,均需要停机2～5 h进行换料准备,故偏光片生产属于"律动式"作业.律动式的特点决定了其必须围绕着延伸站的生产节拍进行作业准备、生产、备库存、接订单.
Abstract
The core station in the production of polarizers is the extension station.Due to the strong ductility of the raw material polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and the need for stretching,single axis production can only be used,resulting in a 2-5 hour shutdown for material replacement preparation every 1-3 days.Therefore,polarizer production belongs to a"rhythmic"operation.The characteristic of rhythmic operation determines that it must prepare,produce,stock up,and accept orders around the production rhythm of the extension station.
