Research on the Comprehensive Benefit and Improvement of Rotary Drilling Machine in the Mechanized Construction of Ultra High Voltage Transmission Line Foundation
The research is based on the application of rotary drilling rigs in the mechanized construction of ultra-high voltage line foundations,with the aim of evaluating the comprehensive benefits of rotary drilling rigs in improving construction efficiency,accuracy,and reducing construction risks.The application results of the Sichuan Chongqing UHV AC project line engineering show that compared to manual excavation,the rotary drilling rig has improved construction efficiency and accuracy by at least three times,while reducing construction risks.In order to further improve the application effect of rotary drilling rigs in the mechanized construction of ultra-high voltage line foundations,a series of suggestions are proposed to strengthen the level of intelligence and automation,and optimize energy utilization efficiency.By implementing these suggestions,the application of rotary drilling rigs in the mechanized construction of ultra-high voltage line foundations will be more efficient,safe,and environmentally friendly,providing guarantees for the development of the power industry.
