Design and Implementation of Fault Detection Circuit for Magnetoelectric Speed Sensors
This article describes the fault detection circuit designed for magneto-electric speed sensors in the automatic train control system,This design realizes the signal acquisition of the magneto-electric speed sensor and the broken detection function of the sensor coil and circuit by using the circuit module composed of resistor,capacitor,diode and triode.The design principle of the circuit module is simple,and the failure modes of components used have been verified in practice.The function of the module is verified by the test of the prototype,and the effect of failure mode is confirmed by the FMEA analysis,which proves that the circuit module meets the fail-safe requirements and can effectively improve the safety of the vehicle automatic control system.
