Application and Maintenance of Transformer Heat Sink Fouling Cleaning Device
As one of the important power equipment in the power system,the normal operation of transformers is crucial for the stable operation of the power system.Transformers generate a large amount of heat during operation and require heat dissipation through fins.The heat dissipation effect of the heat sink directly affects the operational efficiency and lifespan of the transformer.However,due to long-term operation and external environmental influences,the surface of the heat sink is prone to accumulating a large amount of dust,oil stains,oxides,and other impurities,resulting in a decrease in the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink.The problem of fouling in transformer heat sinks has always been one of the main factors affecting the heat dissipation performance of transformers.However,traditional cleaning methods usually require the transformer to be shut down,and the cleaning effect is poor,time-consuming and laborious.Therefore,developing an efficient transformer heat sink fouling cleaning device is of great significance.
