摘要

基于输煤系统中各设备远程控制防护、状态数据监测的运行需求及智慧燃料的发展趋势,保证网络通讯的可靠性、软件控制的稳定性成为了输煤系统安全生产的核心.文章通过分析现阶段输煤程控系统的PLC应用现状,综合现阶段组态、远程站、程序控制逻辑、电缆敷设等软件技术与设备选取,提出对输煤程控系统的升级改造,以实现火电厂输煤进程安全可靠的运行目标,为智慧燃料系统提供设备基础.

Abstract

Based on the operation requirements of remote control and protection of each equipment in coal transport system,status data monitoring and the development trend of intelligent fuel,ensuring the reliability of network communication and the stability of software control has become the core of coal transport system safety production.In this paper,by analyzing the present stage coal SPC system of PLC application status of comprehensive present configuration,remote station,program control logic,cable laying,software technology and equipment selection,puts forward the upgrading of coal SPC system,in order to realize power plant coal conveying process is safe and reliable operation target,the system to provide the equipment foundation for fuel wisdom.
