Design of Intelligent Ball Repairing Device for Ball Mill in Power Plant
In order to improve the safety and work efficiency of ball mill ball feeding,this paper designs an intelligent ball feeding device for ball mills.The device adopts an automated,intelligent,unmanned,and precise operation method,which not only greatly reduces the risk of ball filling,but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of ball filling.Specifically,this design is capable of timing,quantifying,continuously and uniformly adding steel balls to the ball mill,achieving precise addition and statistics.Compared to traditional manual ball filling methods,this intelligent device not only frees up manpower,but also has a more efficient and stable process,which can improve production efficiency while ensuring production quality.Therefore,this design brings great convenience and advantages to the ball feeding operation of the ball mill,and has broad application prospects and promotion value.
