摘要
在STM32的基础上,使用设计的新型阀体并结合物联网技术,提出基于STM32的物联网智能阀门系统.该系统的各种传感器通信数据主要利用MQTT 协议通过阿里云物联网平台提供的 Topic 机制来发布,并且可在手机第三方应用程序实时显示以上功能,实现了以低电压、小电流控制大流量的快速通断,且无需电网供电,降低了远程控制阀门使用成本,填补了远程控制阀门技术的空白.测试结果证明,该设备能显著提升农业灌溉用水效率,远程控制火车自动上水等危险场景,有效节约了人力资源.
Abstract
On the basis of the research of STM32,a new type of valve body is designed and combined with the Internet of Things technology,and an intelligent valve system based on the Internet of Things is proposed.The various sensor communication data of the system are mainly published using the MQTT protocol through the Topic mechanism provided by the Aricloud Internet of Things platform,and the above functions can be displayed in real time in the mobile third-party application.It realizes low voltage,small current control and large flow fast on-off,no need for power supply from the grid,reduces the cost of remote control valve,and fills the gap of non-grid remote control valve technology.The test results prove that the equipment can significantly improve the efficiency of agricultural irrigation water,as well as achieve stable remote control functions in automatic train filling and dangerous scenarios,effectively saving human resources.
