基于机器视觉的阳极铜智能搬运系统开发研究

针对当前阳极铜取样作业效率低下,特别是铜板搬运工作仍主要依靠人工完成,劳动强度大、人力成本高且具有一定的作业风险性等问题,文章研发了一种基于机器视觉的阳极铜智能搬运系统.通过视觉系统、夹具系统、机器人系统、运输系统及安全管理系统的多机协同工作,实现了阳极铜的自动化运输和上下料搬运作业.本系统的设计不仅显著减轻了工人的劳动强度、降低了人工成本和操作风险,而且为铜冶炼行业提供了一种安全、高效的物料处理解决方案,具有重要的实际应用价值和行业推广前景.
Development and Research of Anode Copper Intelligent Handling System Based on Machine Vision
In response to the low efficiency of current anode copper sampling operations,especially the fact that copper plate handling still relies mainly on manual labor,with high labor intensity,high labor costs,and certain operational risks,this article develops a machine vision based intelligent anode copper handling system.Through the collaborative work of visual system,fixture system,robot system,transportation system,and safety management system,the automated transportation and loading and unloading of anode copper have been achieved.The design of this system not only significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers,reduces labor costs and operational risks,but also provides a safe and efficient material handling solution for the copper smelting industry,which has important practical application value and industry promotion prospects.
